1. Electricity Bill

E)  For Business ( including Above)-:

• Latest Shop Act Licence
• Service Tax Number
• Vat Number
• Sales Tax Number
• Factory Registration Certificate
• Small Scale Industry Registration Certificate

F)  Customer ID form (Completely Filled)
